For Primary Subject Leaders

Aimed at primary practitioners, these recorded sessions take participants through the process of exploring and evaluating the subject curriculum. 

Each session is approximately 3 hours long and can be purchased as a standalone unit or purchased as part of a discounted package. During the session participants have the opportunity to:

  • develop and enhance their understanding of the Quality of Education section of the Education Inspection Framework;
  • consider the intent and ambition of their subject curriculum;
  • reflect on their curricular planning including progression documents.
  • access a range of resources to support the delivery of the curriculum;
  • explore each part of the ‘deep dive’ process and how this links to the school’s own monitoring evidence base;
  • engage with academic research to support the development of pedagogy within the subject;

Each session is priced at £80. If you wish to purchase multiple subjects, there are three options offering discounts. You will receive a link to the recorded session and copies of the handout and supporting materials.

Interviews with an Inspector

These recorded sessions will help prepare participants by taking them through questions and foci that may be covered during a conversation with an inspector. 

Each session:

  • is a recorded copy of the session previously delivered ‘live’ to other participants.
  • lasts approximately an hour. 
  • can be purchased as a standalone unit or as part of a discounted package. 
  • involves direct tuition and will not involve discussions in breakout rooms. 
  • presents a range of questions/foci that may be discussed during an inspection.
  • explores a range of factors/ features to consider in their responses.
  • reflects on the documents/ evidence they may show in support of their answers.
  • Encourages leaders to focus on the impact of their work.

  • Each session is priced at £45.
  • The ‘Governors’ and 'Telephone Call' sessions are priced at £95 to enable them to be viewed by multiple participants.

On Demand CPD

Deliver at a time that suits you

It is not always convenient for colleagues to attend live webinars therefore this option may be of interest. 

You can access a pre-recorded version of a selection of training events that have been previously delivered 'live' to school leaders.

These can be used for INSET sessions for your staff or a series of professional development meetings over a period of time.

You will be provided with the links to the recording which will be available to be streamed over the period of time you would like. You will also be provided with the supporting training materials.

There are three types of session:

MAXI 

  • approximately 3 hours of delivery time
  • equivalent to a full INSET day with activities, break and lunch

MIDI

  • approximately 2 hours of delivery time
  • equivalent to a half day INSET with activities and a break
  • ideal for working with whole staff groups

MINI

  • approximately 1 hour of delivery time
  • equivalent to 90 minutes with discussions/ extended staff meeting
